How do users join my organization?

You manage access. As an admin, you upload a CSV file with approved names and emails. When users register, they must provide your unique 6-digit Join Code AND an email address that matches your roster.

How does the Custom Domain feature work?

Once you upgrade your organization via the Admin Panel, you can link your own domain (like `smithfamily.com`). After pointing your domain's A-Record to our servers, our routing engine automatically loads your specific brand, colors, and data.

Is the platform compliant with privacy laws?

Yes. We designed the database architecture with multi-tenancy in mind. Data is strictly siloed per organization to meet FERPA, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 compliance standards.

How do I reset a user's password?

Organization Admins can trigger a secure, time-sensitive password reset link from their Admin Panel, which is emailed directly to the user.
