We employ strict data siloing. Organization Administrators are responsible for the data uploaded to their specific tenant. HomeRoomEvents provides the infrastructure to comply with FERPA, HIPAA, and ISO 27001, but the Organization Admin must ensure appropriate use.
Paid features (Standard, Corporate, Enterprise, Custom Domains) are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle end date. No partial refunds are issued for early cancellation.
Users agree not to upload illicit, copyrighted, or malicious material. Organization Admins hold the right and responsibility to moderate their community's content and revoke access to offending users.
